Since the beginning of time, there is a tendency in most of the interview candidates that, non-interview candidates are the cause of this mess. And the non interview candidates do not have anything against the 606. This should not be a fight between these two groups. The common enemy or to put it more nicely, the common goal is forcing appsc to do the right things, which unfortunately is missing till this time. It would do good to both the groups to remember that this is a race against time. This should be understood in no small measure by all the interested parties. There is contentious question arising out of the judgment ie " Who has lost more?" Definitely, there will be lot of frustration and heartburn at missing out at the final hurdle. Even all non interview candidates acknowledge this fact. Anyone who does not has most likely lost his humanity. Having said that, In my view and for that matter, in the view of the majority, " Every aspirant has lost in this episode." If this is any indication of things to come, one can only wonder how things will pan out without comprehensive reforms in the commission. If the interview candidate has the right to feel angry and miserable at the present situation, the non interview candidate shares the same sentiment if not more, because of the lack of any clarity ie postponement of notifications, future conduct and procedures etc. So instead of indulging in petty blog wars and casting aspersions on other persons capability to be a group one officer( it seems every member in this forum thinks that the other one is unfit for service...), lets hope for a fair end( here also use your imagination and pray to your God) to this and shout for new job opportunities. All of us, interview or non interview dam well deserve it.

It seems, this mess is all because of APPSC not correcting key in-spite of representations from aggrieved candidates.

In addition to this the prayer of candidates who filed case against APPSC on Group 1 Key revision also has equal role in this chaos.

If intentions of missed candidates were really to get justice, they might have plead for revision of key and allowing new candidates of their right to write mains, rather than pleading for "call the candidates afresh for the Mains examination as per the revised key and to complete the selection process right from Mains examination..........". This it self shows their real intentions.

They keep on lecturing its all because of appsc but they or their lawyers/counsel in SC didn't even uttered a single word about functioning of appsc and its reforms which is the need of the hour. did it happened?

So you too kindly express whether would you like to write mains one more time even after you are into interviewed list. Let us see that whether your opinion of remains to all remains like that or not. Probably guys like you, if reach interview stage wont even accept one more mains to new guys also.

so just reverse ur roles and post ur comments if u still feeling same u may be perfect human but no perfect will exist in world.

I think the plea of "calling the candidates afresh for the Mains examination as per the revised key" was filed before the main exams started last year in the Tribunal and it remained the same in HC too. People who went to the courts have not changed the plea with time. It is unfortunate that the judgement came now after mains exams and the interviews were conducted. Leave it to your own judgement on anyone's intentions.

Also what makes you think that someone would speak about reforms in APPSC when a couple of private persons are fighting a case with respect to questions with wrong answers and reconducting mains. I think your thoughts a little to wild.

Isn't it little wild, when the same set of persons and their friends preach us that the main culprit is APPSC rather than guys who filed case in Tribunal/HC/SC. What is expected is why the same thing was not reflected in their plea too.

I don't think their plea in HC is same as that of what is given in tibunal

Correct ga cheppavu brother. Some in the name of missed candidates say" you interviewed are already inthat stage , so even if you write mains once again u shall be in interview stage again, so why dont you write mains for one more time".

Then why dont you all write prelims in new notification which surely you are going to succeed, subsequently mains and interview too as per your logic only.

Try this way friends who are giving free advice for interviewed candidates to prepare for mains

missed candidates oppukunte SC case cancel chestunda enti ??? whn supreme court gave judgement , wht can even appsc do ?? it will fail in review order also..see

on wht basis , it will ask for review ?? did it get any new evidence in these past 3 days ?? just by changing lawyer , appsc cant win the case. its simply cheating the candidates. if u want to fight seriously, better hire some gud lawyer on ur own.

somebody saying "prelims lo wrong key valla nashtapoina meru next notification lo khachitanga pass itahru,,,n remains meeda asha tho chadivi untaru..so for u chances are very bright in future notifications".

same principle applies to u . whn u cud clear mains once , definitely u can clear again. why afraid to write again. i cudnt write mains bcoz of faulty key. now i may get a chance again. i dont mind if its for new ppl only or all ppl. i deserve a fair chance. even for u , chances are very bright in fresh mains.

Anonymous said...

nobody is giving FREE advice to anybody. its upto u whether u want to write mains again or not. u r free to skip if conducted again.its ur wish.

u shud hav told this better-chance-in-new-notification argument in supreme court and then see the response of the judges. its ur lawyer(appsc) failed to present the case properly in SC. go n fight with them. we r simply following SC orders here.
